Tuition centre taster
Every taster session includes a FREE assessment to help us determine which class to place your child into. The FREE assessment is a timed test in the subject(s) you have expressed interest in. While we mark the test, your child is placed in a classroom based on their age and school year, giving them the opportunity to also meet their prospective tutor and fellow classmates.
During the taster session, parents leave their children with us. At the end of the session, we provide comprehensive feedback and recommendation to parents on next steps.
Online tuition taster
Once you’ve booked an online taster session, we will send you a link for your child to complete the FREE assessment by themselves online. Before or after the assessment is completed, we will call you and provide a link to join a Saturday session at the time you’ve selected for your booking.
What’s needed? We strongly recommend the following for the best experience:
- Quiet and comfortable working area
- A laptop or desktop computer with a camera, microphone, and common internet browsers such as Goole Chrome, Apple’s safari and Microsoft Internet Explorer. Sessions are held through the internet browser.
- Steady broadband connection
- Pencil and loose sheets to write on
We recommend your child logs in 5mins before the taster session start time. After the session, a member of our Success Team will provide comprehensive feedback and a recommendation to parents on next steps.
