Term-time programmes – Saturday School, Weekday School and Short Programmes
FEE PAYMENT
- £55 One-off registration fee is per child and is for first-time enrolment only and applies to all online and centre programmes, including 1:1, except when stated otherwise. Returning students do not pay the registration fee.
- Tuition fees are as stated on enrolment and are payable then either monthly, termly or as a single annual payment.
- Parents or guardians’ contract length with Ant Learning for term-time programmes is entered per child and exists until the end of the current academic year and automatically renews four weeks before the end of the academic year at Ant Learning unless advised otherwise. The payment schedule for the new academic year will commence in August, except when advised otherwise.
- Ant Learning academic year dates are available on its website or by request to .
- Parents and guardians understand and accept that after payment is made, they enter into a formal agreement with Ant Learning, bound by the terms and conditions, and there is no refund of fees under any circumstances. Any refunds given are at the discretion of our management team.
- For those enrolling online, programme materials, when provided, are only posted to UK addresses.
CANCELLATION
- Parents or guardians wishing to cancel their child’s tuition with us must do so in writing in an email to .
- Any cancellations at any date within the current term will take effect after the end of the current term. Any cancellations during the holiday period between terms will take effect after the following term.
- Parents or guardians wishing to cancel their child’s tuition with us for the following or future terms must do so in writing at least one calendar month before the end of the current term. For example, if the last day of term is 7 December 2025, the cancellation notice will need to have been received by Ant Learning by 6 November 2025 at the latest. Parents on a monthly payment plan are required to settle the payment due on their final month with us.
- When cancellation is requested outside the above schedule, the equivalent of four sessions will be due for payment in addition to regular payments due at the time when cancellation is to come into effect.
Example 1: a parent emails us on 13 February 2026 to advise that they would like to cancel their child’s enrolment with immediate effect, the monthly payment for February 2026 will be required plus the equivalent of four sessions.
Example 2: a parent emails us on 13 February 2026 to advise that they would like to cancel their child’s enrolment from 14 March 2026, the monthly payment for March 2026 will be required plus the equivalent of four sessions.
Short-term programmes – Summer School, Learn the Sounds, Learn to Blend & Learn to Read Multi-Syllables
- £55 One-off registration fee is per child and is for first-time enrolment only, except when not stated. Returning students do not pay the registration fee.
- Short-term programme tuition fees are as stated on enrolment and are payable then.
- Parents or guardians’ contract length with Ant Learning for Summer School programmes is a minimum of one week i.e. Monday – Friday except in unique circumstances where payment is made through Bright Horizon BackUp Childcare.
- Parents or guardians can request a refund of the fees they pay for Summer School according to the following:

- Any instalment payment arrangement made with us for payment of Summer School tuition fees is subject to the cancellation schedule above.
Online Taster
Ant Learning taster sessions online and at the centre are free for every child. However, a refundable deposit may be collected at the point of registration for the taster sessions. The payer will receive a full refund of the payment if:
- They cancel at least 72 hours in advance of the start time
- Their child attends the taster session for at least 40 minutes
Failure to complete either of these two actions will lead to a loss of the deposit payment.
- Please allow between 5 – 10 working days from the day of the taster session you booked for refunds to be processed.
Referral and sibling discount
- The 5% sibling discount applies to the 2nd and 3rd siblings only.
- The referral discount of £20 for one-subject enrolment and £45 for two-subject enrolment will be applied to the following term’s fees when a referral is made.
- For the referral discount to be applicable, the child who has been referred must have paid four monthly payments or a term’s fees. Parents are reminded to advise the referred parent(s) or guardian(s) to state their name on the enrolment form so that the discount can be applied.
ATTENDANCE, HOMEWORK AND MISSED SESSIONS
It is your responsibility as a parent or guardian to ensure that your child regularly attends their booked lessons and completes any homework set. Missed lessons cannot be made up or refunded.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-COMPETITION
As a parent or guardian, you agree that the reading instruction methods or any materials gathered and learned from Ant Learning programmes are for my child’s private use only.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
We provide parents and guardians with vital information regarding the progress children enrolled on our programme can achieve. Enrolling on our programme does not in any way act as a guarantee of results.
