Lara is an Education Consultant, a Certified Reading Therapist with over eight years’ experience in Child Development and Education. Lara is also director of Ant Learning, a tailored private tuition provider of reading, maths, English, science and entrance exam prep. She specialises in working with teachers, children and parents to find innovative, exciting and sustainable ways to transform teaching and learning. Her areas of expertise include online learning, Early Years Reading Programme, designing state of the art learning experiences for children, professional training, and community building.
In the early stages of her professional career, she worked with one of UK’s top 5 retail companies as a Senior Human Resource Consultant and garnered more than 18 years’ experience in management, resourcing, business development, learning & development, training, coaching, and mentoring.
